TENDER TO SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING GOODS & PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
Trustees of Agricultural Promotion Programme (TAPP) invites eligible suppliers to submit different offers for the supply of the following items;

Evaluation and Selection Criteria
- Experience in delivering similar goods and services relating to this bid to at least two clients which will be backed by evidence such as “letters of recommendation”, “LPOs”, “invoices”, “contracts” e.t.c.
- Competitive price, delivery period and warranty offered
- Evidence of financial capacity backed by a bank statement bearing the name of the bidder’s company.
Those that meet the above criteria can obtain tender documents at the TAPP offices (refer the address below) from 1st July, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MWK10,000. For contractors, they shall start obtaining the document from 15th July, 2024. Note that the eligible suppliers /service providers of the above goods/services that will provide relevant documentation of their business will also be added to the TAPP Supplier Database.
TAPP also invites applications from eligible suppliers / for the pre-qualification of suppliers for the years 2024 to 2025 for the following goods and services;

Pre-qualification is open to registered companies that meet the following requirements;
- Copy of business registration certificate (including MRA certificates)
- Business profile, including contact details, physical address
- Proof of sufficient capacity to perform the required services and deliver goods (e.g. latest bank statements)
- Have been in business for a minimum of 2 years
- Valid list of contracts successfully performed in the past 2 years
- Provision of warranty on required goods and services
Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked the item you are interested to supply and/or the category in which you want to be pre-qualified on and submit to the address below not later than 23rd July, 2024 at 4:30pm and for the contractors not later than 29th July, 2024.
