TENDER TO SUPPLY BASIC SEED AND INOCULANT
Trustees of Agricultural Promotion Programme (TAPP) invites eligible suppliers to submit different offers for the supply of the following items.

Evaluation and Selection Criteria
- Experience in delivering basic seeds to at least five clients which will be backed by evidence such as “letters of recommendation”, “LPOs”, “invoices”, “contracts” etc.
- Competitive price, delivery period and warranty offered
- Evidence of financial capacity backed by a bank statement bearing the name of the bidder’s company
Suppliers that meet the above criteria can obtain the tender document at the TAPP offices (refer the address below) from 1st November 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MWK10,000.
Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the item you are interested in supplying and submit to the address below not later than 21st November 2024 at 4:30pm.
