TENDER NOTICE FOR THE SIGNPOST REFURBISHMENT & PAINTING – FPAM/IPPF/009/2024
FPAM is a local non-governmental organization launched in 1999 and is affiliated to the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), as a full Member Association. FPAM’s vision is to have a Malawian society with access to quality and comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SHR) information and services. FPAM provides integrated comprehensive SHR services, general medical and surgical services to young people aged 10-24, men, women and children and other high risk key populations through its service delivery points branded as FPAM clinics.
FPAM is seeking sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Signposts refurbishment & Painting services as per description below:

Notice to Bidders: All interested bidders are required to conduct a comprehensive site assessment in each of the specified districts prior to submitting their bids. Please note that FPAM will not assume responsibility for any expenses incurred by bidders during this assessment process.
1. Successful bidders will be required to deliver the items to the location mentioned at the address below.
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from FPAM, upon payment of a non – refundable fee of MK10,000.00 to be deposited at the following details:

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the procurement office at FPAM House, Area 10 Plot Number 447, Lilongwe starting from 8.00 – 16.00hrs local time (Monday to Friday)
4. The deadline for submission of bids is 12:00 Noon on Friday 15th November 2024, bids received after deadline will not be considered
5. Bids will be opened in public on Friday 15th November 2024 (1:00 PM) at Family Planning Association of Malawi, FPAM House, Plot # 447. Area 10. Lilongwe. Each bidder will only be allowed to send ONE representative for the public opening viewing.
Interested bidders should submit their sealed bids clearly marked “Signposts Refurbishment & Painting” into a Tender box designated at FPAM front desk
