Requirements for submission

Applicants must include the following documents in their bids:

  1. Valid Business Registration Certificate
  2. Physical and postal contact addresses
  3. Evidence of previous contracts
  4. Certificate of Registration with relevant regulatory bodies
  5. Tax Clearance Certificate

Conditions for Application

  1. Applicants must clearly indicate their preferred bid category
  2. Bidders are free to express their interest in one or both categories
  3. Only successful bidders will be communicated to in writing
  4. AHL Group Plc reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any information submitted without consulting the bidder.
  5. AHL Group Plc will not be bound to accept the lowest bid or any tender.
