PROJECT HOPE NAMIBIA (PHN): REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

Project HOPE Namibia-MA (PHN-MA), is implementing a 5-year (2023-2028) project known as Ana ndi Achinyamata Patsogolo Activity (ANAPA), supported by PEPFAR through USAID. The project is designed to prevent new HIV infections and improve the health, well-being, and protection of children, adolescents, their families, and young women (CAFYW) living with, affected by, and vulnerable to HIV. ANAPA complements the Government of Malawi’s efforts to address the remaining gaps in achieving epidemic control, as outlined by the 95-95-95 UNAIDS targets.

To ably serve the above-named target audiences, and to achieve the goal of ANAPA, PHN-MA invites registered an experienced suppliers to apply for the supply of containers:

1. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Forty-Eight (48), 20 Ft Containers to be used as offices in ANAPA supported health facilities

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1. Registered Companies interested to participate in this RFQ should request RFQ documents from jnambwale@projecthope.org. The last date for requesting documents is 16th December 2024.
2. Quotations should be submitted at Project HOPE Namibia-MA, 33 Chilomoni Ring Road, Blantyre Malawi or submit documents electronically as one pdf file to procurementmw@projecthope.org.
3. All questions should be sent to the following e-mail address: jnambwale@projecthope.org with dkaufa@projecthope.org in copy.
4. Deadline for submission: 20th December 2024 @ 12h00hrs, late submission will not be accepted.
