1. Zomba City Council has budgeted funds from Infrastructure Development Fund (IDF) and it intends to use these budgeted funds for the procurement of related Works through request for quotation as below:

2. Quotations are therefore invited from all eligible Bidders.
3. Interested bidders may obtained the request for Quotation (RFQ) from Civic Offices, Zomba City Council, Procurement and Disposal Unit, 1st floor.
4. The Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria’s highlighted in Sections A & B of the RFQ document. Participation is open to all eligible works Contractors. Only one lot per successful bidder will be allocated.
