REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR WORKS

The Procuring Entity named above invites you to submit your quotation for the works described herein. Partial Quotations may be rejected, and the Purchaser reserves the right to award a contract for selected items only. Any resulting order shall be subject to the Government of Malawi General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders (available on request) except where modified by this Request for Quotations.
SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENT:
1) Description of Work and Location : SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF POWER BACK FOR SEED STORAGE – CICI ESA & SEED SYSTEMS PROJECT, LUANAR Bunda Campus
2) Works are to commence by 14 days from the date of order.
3) Works to be completed by: 14 days from the date of order.
4) Quotation prices should be based on: MWK for works supplied from within Malawi; EXW – insured and delivered to :
5) Quotations must be valid for 90 days from the date for receipt given below
6) Warranty period 12 months.
7) Site visit/ Pre-bid meeting is a must before providing the initial Quotation and will be part of the Evaluation criteria.
8) Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Number given above, and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
9) Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: 9/07/2024

Quotation sealed and labelled LUANAR/ SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF POWER BACK FOR SEED STORAGE – CICI ESA & SEED SYSTEMS PROJECT, LUANAR Bunda Campus must be recorded at Procurement and
Disposal Unit Office and deposited in the RFQ Box at Gateway Administration Block, Bunda College Campus, Ground floor reception before 3:00pm on 9/07/2024. Please note this is an RFQ and there will be no presence of bidders during opening.
