The Procuring Entity named above invites you to submit your quotation for the goods/services described herein. Partial Quotations may be rejected, and the Purchaser reserves the right to award a contract for selected items only. Any resulting order shall be subject to the Government of Malawi General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders (available on request) except where modified by this Request for Quotations.
SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) Description of Supply and Delivery: Supply and Delivery of Electrical Wiring Materials for Mzuzu Gas Plant
2) Quotation prices should be based on: for goods supplied from within Malawi; DAP (Delivery at Place) – insured and delivered at CHSU or for goods supplied from outside of Malawi; DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) – insured and delivered at CHSU
3 Currency of Quotation: Malawi Kwacha
4) The delivery period required is 30 days from date of order.
5) Quotations must be valid for 45 days. from the date for receipt given below.
6) The warranty/guarantee offered shall be: N/A
7) Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Number given above, and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
8) Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: on or before 16/09/2024 at 14:00 hrs local time
9) SEALED QUOTATION ENVELOPES MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE QUOTATION BOX AT:
