REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER ACCESSORIES AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

1. The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Computer accessories and Personal Protective Equipment (PPES).
2. The Ministry of Agriculture- through Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP/AGCOM 2) now invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers as follows:

3. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP/AGCOM
2) during office hours i.., 9 00am to 4 00pm hours, at the address No. 1 given below.
4. The Request for Quotations (RFQs) in English language can be inspected or collected by interested eligible Suppliers at Food Systems Resilience Program (FRP/AGCOM 2) Procurement and Disposal Unit from 9.00 am to 4.00pm at address No. I below.
5. The Quotations must be delivered to the address No. 2 below on or before 14.00 hrs. on 28 November, 2024. Late quotations will be rejected.
6. Quotations should be clearly marked, Lot 1, Supply and Delivery of Computer accessories; or Lot 2, Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment, (PPEs) and must be delivered to the address No. 2 below.
