REHABILITATION OF ANDIAMO LOOP ROAD: BLKDC/RFQ/IDF/W/2024-2025/01
1. Balaka District Council received IDF Funds under city roads to be utilized for rehabilitation of various roads in Balaka District. The council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following works;

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Request for Quotations procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Regulations of the Government of Malawi (Act 2017) and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from District Council Procurement and Disposal Unit, at the address given below at (6) from 8:30 a.m. to 15:30 p. m
4. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be collected by hand at Balaka District Council or requested through Email.
5. Sealed Bids must be delivered at the address below at (6) at or before Monday, 30th September, 2024 time 11:00 hours. Late bids shall be rejected.
