PROCUREMENT OF WORKS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING WORKS AT AGCOM BUILDING IN LILONGWE

1. The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program (MFSRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for “the procurement of works for the maintenance of landscaping” at AGCOM building in Lilongwe.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture- Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program (AGCOM) Project now invites sealed Quotations from eligible contractors as follows:

3. Interested eligible Contractors may obtain further information from Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program (AGCOM) during office hours i.e. 9:00am to 4: 00pm, at the address No 1 given below.
4. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) in English language can be collected by interested eligible contractors at Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program (AGCOM) Procurement and Disposal Unit from 9:00 am to 4:00pm at address No 1 below.
5. Request for Quotations must be delivered to the address No 2 below [state address at the end of this RFQ] on or before 14.00 hours on 19th September, 2024. Late RFQS will be rejected.
6. Quotations should be clearly marked Maintenance of Landscaping at Malawi Food Systems Resilience Program (AGCOM building) must be delivered to address No. 2.
