1. Ntcheu District Council received funds from Malawi Government under Health Facilities Rehabilitation Fund in financial year 2024-2025 for rehabilitation of Health various facilities in the district. The council has budgeted these funds to be used for the procurement of the works specified below, and now invites Request For Quotations from eligible bidders in MK500,000,000.00 NCIC Category for the provision of these works :

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. A bidder shall be required to obtain a certificate of registration from the National Construction Industry Council demonstrating registered contractor status,
as a condition of contract award.
3. A complete set of RFQ document is available for free at Ntcheu District council Procurement Office from 8:00am to 16:30pm weekdays only or call on +26599 4515709.
5. Sealed Request for Quotations documents must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 10:00am on 6th September 2024 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 10:00am , 6th September 2024. A Mandatory Prebid-Meeting will be conducted on 2nd September 2024 at Ntcheu District Council Chamber Hall 10:00AM.
There is a Mandatory site visits ;Contractors are encouraged to visit project sites anytime during working hours before 6th September 2024.Contractors should arrange and bear costs for the site visits.
