REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS
The Nsanje District Council has budgeted public funds from GESD & DDF to be used for the procurement of the works specified below, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of;

Request of quotation will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures, contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi, and is open to all interested bidders. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from IPDC Chairperson, Nsanje District Council, Private Bag 1 Nsanje and inspect the bidding documents at Procurement Office, Nsanje District Council, Private Bag 1 Nsanje from 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at Accounts Office, Nsanje District Council P/Bag 1 Nsanje upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Malawi Kwacha (MK30, 000.00) cash for all bid documents. The document may be collected, or will be sent by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
