1. Zomba City Council has budgeted funds from Local Revenue and it intends to use these budgeted funds for the procurement of related Goods through request for quotation as below:

2. Quotations are therefore invited from all eligible providers.
3. Request for Quotations may be collected from Civic Offices, Procurement and Disposal Unit, 1st floor.
4. The Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria’s highlighted in Sections A & B of the RFQ document. Participation is open to all eligible service providers. Zomba City Council reserves the right to award a contract to one supplier.
