Title : Hospital Rehabilitation Project

Procurement Method: Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Salima District Council has funds in its 2024/2025 budget under Hospital Rehabilitation and intends to use the funds to rehabilitate the Health Centers under the works contracts as below;

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RFQs procedures as contained in PPD Act 2017.
2. Interested eligible bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents in Procurement and Disposal Unit Office from 07:30 am to 4:30 pm Local Time from Monday to Friday.
3. Bids must be valid for 90 Days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested MSME bidders at Salima District Council upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK20, 000.00 per lot (Twenty Thousand Kwacha only per lot) at Accounts Office and collect the Bid/Bids from the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
5. Bids must be submitted at Salima District Council Offices on or before 29th August, 2024 at 14:00HRS in a Tender Box at the Procurement Unit.
Late Bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend on Thursday 29th August, 2024 at 14:00HRS at Salima District Council Chamber.
