REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
PROVISION OF AEROBICS INSTRUCTION SERVICES TO MRA STAFF IN BLANTYRE, LILONGWE AND MZUZU
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO. MRA/AEROBICS/20/12/2024
1. The Malawi Revenue Authority is an agency responsible for collecting and accounting for tax revenue on behalf of the Malawi Government. The Malawi Revenue Authority has budgeted funds from its annual budget for the provision of aerobics services to MRA Staff at Msonkho House in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu on 24 months contract.
2. The Malawi Revenue Authority now invites sealed Quotations from firms (Gyms) with suitable technical knowledge for the required service to MRA staff members. The firm will be expected to among others;
- Personally direct the instruction of the Aerobics
- Provide the Aerobics instruction services with all reasonable knowledge
- The firm will be required to provide and use relevant materials and other artist work ( such as music) which shall be the best of their kind
- Must have knowledge of First Aid
- Must at least have 2 to 5 years’ experience or more in the field of physical fitness(body weight reduction techniques) supported with current or past three LPOs or contracts.
3. Quotations should indicate the gross monthly fees. Interested firms who meet the above requirements should send their quotation in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for the Provision of Aerobics” to the address below on or before 15:00 hours on Friday, 27th December, 2024 and should be deposited in the RFQ Box at the Reception on 1st Floor at Msonkho House in Blantyre.
