TENDER NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (FOR SERVICES)
PRODUCTION OF COMIC DRAWINGS ON SMUGGLING
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO.: MRA/COMIC DRAWINGS/14/08/2024
1. The Malawi Revenue Authority is an agency responsible for collecting and accounting for tax revenue on behalf of the Malawi Government. The Malawi Revenue Authority has budgeted funds from its annual budget for the production of comic drawings on smuggling.
2. The Authority now invites sealed Quotations from suppliers with suitable experience and capacity in producing comic drawings.

| 1 | A 3-tonner truck stuck in mud conveying smuggled goods which are dropping down into swampy ground and irrecoverable while FAST team is waiting at the site to catch the smugglers. | Each | 1 |
| 2 | A boat capsizing into stormy waters where smuggled cartons, suitcases and sack bags are dropping into the river and FAST team awaits the smugglers at the river bank. | Each | 1 |
| 3 | Traders are surrounded by stiff necked thugs with pangas and spears taking away their goods in a thick forest while wild animals like hyenas, lions and big snakes move around in the neighbourhood. | Each | 1 |
3. The suppliers will be expected to, among others, required to submit the following minimum requirements:
- A Valid MSME Certificate
- 3 copies of LPOs or contracts for production of comic drawings on smuggling.
- Provide evidence of tax compliance in form of current Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. Evaluation will be based on the requirements stated in 2 above and other requirements in the Request for Quotation document which will be shared by email upon request.
5. Interested contractors should send their quotation in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Production of Comic Drawings on Smuggling” to the address below on or before 15:00 hours on Mon-day, 19th August, 2024 and should be deposited in the RFQ Box at the Reception on 1st Floor at Msonkho House in Blantyre. A Commissionaire will be available at the reception on the Second floor for assistance on submission only into the tender box.
6. Bidders who responded to the earlier Request for Quotation are encouraged to participate again
7. Request for Quotation document SHALL be requested via e-mail at scm@mra.mw or accessed on www.mra.mw or www.ppda.mw
