REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO SUPPLY TOYOTA LANDCRUISERS
Backgrounds
World Vision (WV) is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision started its operations in Malawi in 1982 and had over the years worked in a number of communities with an overall aim of improving the well-being of children through development program approach.
World Vision Malawi (WVM) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of 13 seater Landcruisers as per the below table;

Submission Requirements:
- Detailed vehicle specifications meeting the outlined requirements.
- Proof of capability and previous experience in supplying similar vehicles.
- Financial proposal including delivery timelines.
The prospective bidders should express their interest by sending the following;
- Name of company,
- Email to be used for sending the Invitation to bid document
This should be sent to wvm_supplychain@wvi.org with subject: SUPPLY OF LANDCRUISERS
The ITB will be sent through a sourcing event from COUPA – World Vision International procurement online system within 24hrs upon receipt of an email of expression of interest from the bidder. Expression of interest should not be sent later than 4th October, 2024.
Proposal Submission Details
Submission of tenders should be on or before Thursday, the 10th October, 2024 at 17:00hrs Lilongwe time. Proposals must be sent through the: COUPA – World Vision International procurement online.
