The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Lilongwe, Malawi, invites qualified firms to make a firm offer for the Completion of Operating Theatre at Dzaleka Health Centre in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Dowa as follows.

1.
