1. Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) MEGA FARM has budgeted funds to be used for the Supply and Delivery of 4×2 Double Cabin Motor Vehicle with Canopy:
2. Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) MEGA FARM now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of 4×2 Double Cabin Motor Vehicles with Canopy.
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement method using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act no. 27 of 2017 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. working days at the address given below:

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders to the address below (a) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK10, 000.00. The method of payment will be Cash at the address below and the hard copies of the document will be provided and soft copies of the document will be sent to the email indicated on the bid collection sheet.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below 8 (b) on or before 19th November, 2024 at 10:00am. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late
Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 8 (c) on 19th November, 2024 at 10:00am.
