Refund Policy

Job Malawi’s Refund Policy

  1. Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, Job Malawi will only make refunds to subscribers whose login credentials have not been utilized by the time of the cancelation or those subscribers whose last login precedes their last payment.
  2. No refunds shall be payable where a subscriber accesses the service after payment unless such subscription was paid for more than one month in advance and there is/are more than 30 days remaining on the subscription.
  3. No refunds shall be made for monthly subscriptions unless condition 1 above is fulfilled.
  4. Refunds shall be made to the medium/number through which the subscription was made.
  5. Subscribers shall be liable for the costs of refund through a deduction from the refundable amount.
  6. Accounts canceled for violation of our terms of use shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions and request a refund (if eligible) through email info@jobmw.com. Subscriptions can also be canceled through the personal profile editor on the website.
