PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Sir Harry Johnston International school is inviting applications from eligible bidders to be pre-qualified for 2024-2025 financial year for the implementation of 2024-2025 approved procurement plan as follows:

| SHJI/PREQ/04 | Supply of general building material e.g. plumbing material and electrical | 12 |
| SHJI/PREQ/05 | Supply of branded school uniforms e.g. jerseys, 12 blazers, sport-shirts, dress shirts | 12 |
| SHJI/PREQ/06 | Provision of plumbing and building maintenance 12 services | 12 |
| SHJI/PREQ/06 | Provision of fumigation services | 12 |
| SHJI/PREQ/07 | Provision of internet services | 12 |
- Interested bidders must enclose the following requirements to be considered for the selection:
- Name(s) and contact details of the business owner/directors(s) Comprehensive Company profile with business address, valid phone numbers and email addresses
- Name of the authorized signatory of the supplier, Valid MRA Tax Compliance Certificate
- Registration Certificate of the supplier (Registrar of Companies)
- Addresses of previous clients that may provide references if contacted by the Procuring Entity
- Those registered for SME categories should provide their registration certificates and a copy of their National ID.
- Evidence of access to financial resources (Audited Accounts, Bank)
- Proof of good performance for the past three years (3 reference letters from reputable organization’s or attach copies of LPOs or Contracts awarded)
- Applicants can apply for one or more categories depending on their capabilities and they must not combine different categories under one submission as that will lead to disqualification.
- Sealed pre-qualification applications clearly marked “Pre-qualification of Suppliers for Goods and Services” indicating the reference number and the category of goods and services being applied for should be submitted in hard copies only to the address indicated above.
- The applications should be delivered at Sir Harry Johnston reception and dropped in the tender box on or before 8th July 2024 at 14:00 hours local time.
