PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR VARIOUS WORKS AND FOR THE YEAR 2024-2025
Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi is inviting applications from eligible bidders to be pre-qualified for the implementation of 2024-2025 approved plan as follows:

Interested bidders must enclose the following requirements to be considered for selection:
- Business profile including physical address and all other details (postal, email, phone numbers). Kindly note that if successful, e-mail communication will be preferred.
- Brief details about the Directors and key staff of the firm.
- A copy of valid Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate
- A copy of valid recent MRA Annual Tax Clearance Certificate.
- MRA VAT Registration Certificate preferably with evidence of possession of Electrical Fiscal Device for producing VAT receipts.
- A copy of valid certificate from Ministry of Trade for MSME
- A copy of valid of recent Public Procurement and Disposal Authority (PPDA) Certificates
- Valid Registration/practicing license with appropriate regulatory bodies for Lot #1,2,3 and 4
- Valid registration with the National Construction Industry Council for Lots under works.
- Original letter from the bank to show financial capacity or access to the lines of credit or recently audited Accounts or Bank statements for the recent 10 months.
- Copies of National identity Cards for Directors and Board Members of the company.
- Proof of past and current trade references
- Any other information deemed relevant to back up the application
Applicants can apply for one or more categories depending on their competencies
Submissions should be in sealed envelope clearly marked “PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS” indicating the category you are applying and must be deposited in the tender box located at NMCM Reception addressed to:
