A. Mandatory Requirements

  1. Brief company profile, including a capability statement with years of operational experience.
  2. Business Registration and Certificate of incorporation.
  3. Copy of TPIN/ VAT registration certificates.
  4. Relevant valid registration certificates required to operate in your area of business.
  5. A copy of VAT receipt under your company name.
  6. Physical and Postal address including other areas in which your offices are located.
  7. Contact details of your five most valued customers.
  8. At least three References from your most valued customers.
  9. Provide five copies of high value completed contracts in line with your business. expertise. carried out in the last three years.
  10. Banking details for your business.
  11. Audited Accounts or Bank statements endorsed by the bank for the period of the recent three months.
  12. Company structure indicating individuals and their roles including list of directors.
  13. Identity documents for key positions, directors.
  14. Active contact details for the business i.e., Email, Phone numbers, Mailing address and Physical address etc.
  15. Proof of physical address i.e. utility bills, city rates etc.
  16. Clearly indicate the payment terms of the invoiced goods and services.
  17. Complete a Bridge Carbon KYC form available on request on the following email address bcmalawi@bridgecarbon.com

Special Conditions

  1. Applicants should only apply for categories which are in line with their line of business expertise.
  2. Each category should have a separate application comprising of its associated sub-categories.
  3. Note: Any application with more than one category in it will not be considered.
  4. Suppliers with sound policies on Health and safety, safeguarding, bribery and corruption and environmental policies will have added advantages.
  5. Each Application should clearly be labeled with its category on the cover page and envelope with a title “Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for 2025 and 2026 Financial Year.”

Tender Submission

Please submit your sealed pre-qualification documents, clearly labeled “Pre-qualification of Suppliers for Goods & Services for 2025 and 2026” no later than Wednesday, 19th December 2024, at 13:00 hours.

Submissions should be delivered by hand to the address provided or deposited in the tender box located at the head office. A register will be available for recording all submissions, and you will be required to sign upon submission. Electronic submission of application documents will NOT be accepted.

Only successful suppliers/service providers will be acknowledged. The Internal Procurement Committee will conduct physical visitations to the suppliers when deemed necessary to appreciate their goods and services.
