PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE 2024/25 FINANCIAL YEAR.

With funding from United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Palladium is leading a consortium of national and international partners to implement MOMENTUM TIYENI project which is working with the Ministry of Health and various stakeholders to strengthen health systems and quality service delivery in maternal, newborn, child health (MNCH), and family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH).

All prospective suppliers are requested to submit copies of the following mandatory requirements.
- Copies of business registration certificates.
- Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for year 2024/25.
- Company profile – Postal, physical and email address, telephone numbers.
- List of past and present clients (Palladium – MOMENTUM reserve the right to contact referees as may become necessary).
- All prospective suppliers are required to provide an itemized price listing for the services above as indicated in the EOl.
Conditions
Please note that this is only a Supplier Registration Process and does not constitute any offer of business. Palladium – MOMENTUM shall undertake evaluation, including suppliers’ visits as part of the evaluation process, and only successful firms will be notified.
