PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM) is an ecumenical umbrella organizatin of Church based health facilities in Malawi owned by two mother bodies, Episcopal Conference of Malawi (ECM) and Malawi Council of Churches (MCC).
CHAM intends to develop a shortlist of suppliers of goods and services for 2024 to 2026 financial years. Therefore, CHAM invites interested eligible suppliers to be considered for pre-qualification for categories stated below:

Interested bidders must enclose the following requirements to be considered for the selection:
- Copy of bidders, trading certificate from registrar of companies
- Detail profile of the company with business address, valid phone numbers and email address.
- Copy of Tax Clearance and registration certificates
- Proof of good past performance (3 reference letters from reputable organizations.
- Certificate of business registration from PPDA
- Certificate of Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority (PMRA) for those dealing with Pharmacy/Pharmaceuticals.
- Documentary evidence of availability of adequate working capital in form of bank
statements for the recent 3 months. - Signed application letter for the Pre-qualification.
Applicants can apply for a maximum of three categories depending on their competencies. Bidders applying for more than one category are required to submit their applications in one submission.
Submissions in sealed envelope clearly marked “Prequalification of Suppliers indicating the category must be deposited in a Tender Box located at the reception of:
