PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION OF TRACTORS, MOTORCYCLES AND MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES
JANUARY 2025 TO DECEMBER 2026

Salima Sugar Company Limited (SSCL) is a prominent agribusiness and sugar producer located in Salima District in Malawi. The company established as a limited liability company, SSCL focuses on the cultivation, production, and distribution of sugar and its by-products, significantly contributing to the Malawian economy. SSCL is seeking qualified service providers to carry out the following:

Lot 1: Repair and maintenance of FARM TRAC & NEW HOLLAND tractors
Lot 2: Repair and maintenance of various tractor brands
Lot 3: Repair and maintenance of motorcycles
Lot 4: Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • Company profile including a capability statement
  • Description of professional, technical and financial capacity (including up to date bank statement) with relevant supporting documentation.
    Business registration certificate or certificate of incorporation and copy of PPDA certificate
  • Copy of TPIN, VAT registration certificate and WHT exemption certificate
  • Physical and postal addresses
  • References from three valued customers with relevant supporting documentation (Invoices, Local Purchase Orders, Delivery Note)
