PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES, AND WORKS FOR THE YEAR JANUARY 2025 TO DECEMBER 2025

Introduction

Founded in 2000, Global AIDS Interfaith Alliance (GAIA) is a fully registered Non-Governmental Organization in Malawi. GAlA’s aim is to provide health services, targeting prevention, care and support in rural communities in hard-to-reach areas affected by HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.

In addition, GAIA is committed to strengthening the Malawian health system for long-term, through the GAIA Nursing Scholarship program and Mobile Health Clinics.

GAIA seeks to pre-qualify legally registered vendors that are reliable, competent, experienced enough to supply various goods, supplies and services for the calendar year January 2025 through December 2025.

GAIA invites applications from interested suppliers who wish to be shortlisted for our list of pre-qualified suppliers for the following items:

Eligible suppliers should include the following information:

  1. Company Profile
  2. Physical Address.
  3. Valid Contact Numbers.
  4. Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
  5. MRA Tax Certificate.
  6. VAT Certificate.
  7. Withholding Tax Certificate.
  8. TPIN Issue Letter.
  9. ODPP (PPDA) Registration Letter.
  10. NICC Certificates for contractors.
  11. List of References for works done in the last 2 years (name of client, contract amount, contract period, and description of goods/ services supplied).
  12. Indicate whether or not the supplier will accept LPOS.

Applicants may apply for part of a category, one category or several categories. Note that every application for any category should be in a separate document/ envelop.

Completed applications need to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Goods and Services – Lot Number.” They  must be deposited in the Tender Box at the GAIA Limbe Offices Reception on or before 20* December, 2024: Sealed Envelopes should be submitted to the address below:
