1.0 INTRODUCTION
Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Healthcare Organisation (NGO) established in 1987. BLM provides quality Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare including HIV/AIDS information and interventions.
BLM is a senior member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Partnership which works in 43 countries. BLM exists to improve the quality of life in Malawi through family planning and reproductive health care services. BLM serves over 800,000 clients annually and makes a significant contribution to national family planning objectives. The organization has national coverage, operating through 25 clinics, and numerous outreach clinic sites.
BLM invites interested registered business entities to express their interest in consideration to various categories for the supply/ provision of goods and services for the years 2025 & 2026.

3.0 ACCESSING APPLICATION FORMS
Application Forms can only be collected from BLM Support Office situated opposite CFAO Malawi, along Paul Kagame Road in Lilongwe. Application Forms are pegged at a Non-refundable fee of MK20,000.00 per Lot/ Category. This fee should be deposited in cash into the following Bank account and present the proof of payment when collecting the form.

4.0 ELIGIBILITY
All interested business entities should meet the below-listed requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully and duly completed Application/ Questionnaire Form
- Company Profile (Clearly stating the current Physical address, contact telephone number, and valid email address) or enclose a CV in case of consultants
- Financial position – a duly authenticated bank statement for the last 3 months
- Evidence of experience in the related category (at least 3 references from previous clients)
- Copy of a valid Certificate of Registration /Incorporation Copy of VAT, TPIN, EFD certificate Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Certificate from relevant authorities where applicable – e.g. PPDA, NCIC, PM& PB, IATA, RBM, etc
5.0 SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
Fully completed Application Forms together with the original copy of a bank deposit slip for payment of MK 20,000.00 non-refundable processing fees and other relevant documentation as per (4) above, shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with prequalification document name, reference code numbers, and descriptions deposited in the BLM designated Tender Box at Lilongwe Offices at the reception area in a box that will be marked ‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS’ by 1 pm on Thursday 5th September 2024.

BLM is not bound to pre-qualify any of the applicants it deemed unfit as per its organizational regulations. BLM will NOT attend to queries after prequalification.
