PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR VARIOUS GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR 2024-25 FISCAL YEAR
The Umodzi Holdings Limited (UHL) was incorporated under the Companies Act on 18th May 2012. UHL is 100% owned by the Government of Malawi.
The Umodzi Holdings Limited is inviting applications from eligible bidders to be pre-qualified for the implementation of 2024-2025 approved procurement plan as follows:

Qualifications and requirements
The applicants should provide:
- Details Business Profile Including contact details and physical address, postal, email, and Phone numbers
- Brief details of Directors or individuals who hold interest in the business
- Proof of past and current references to the business
- At least three traceable references
- Business registration with Malawi Government and /or other relevant authorities;
- A copy of valid recent Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA)
- Evidence of tax registration with MRA, preferably with evidence of Possession of an Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) for producing VAT receipts.
- Original Letter from the Bank to show capacity or access to lines of credit or recently Audited Accounts or bank statements for the recent three months
- A copy of valid Certificate from Ministry of Trade for MSEM j.
- Valid registration/practicing licenses with appropriate regulatory bodies for lot # 9, 10 and 11
- Available key personnel and proof competence if applying for provision of services
Applicants can apply for one or more Categories depending on their competencies
Submission should be in sealed envelope clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS” indicating the category you are applying for, and the envelope must be deposited in the tender box located at our President Hotel reception on or before 14th October, 2024 at 14 hours’ local time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter on the closing date
