PMI Case Management and Social Behavior Change Project

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development’s Mission to Malawi (USAID/Malawi) announces issuance of a Funding Opportunity number 72061224RFA00003 as below:
Issuance Date: August 13, 2024
Due Date for Questions: August 26, 2024
Closing Date: September 17, 2024 – 16.00hrs / Lilongwe Time-Malawi – Concept Papers Only

Eligibility for this NOFO is restricted to local (Malawian) organizations only. There are no exceptions. Concept Papers from organizations that have not previously received financial assistance from USAID are welcome if the Applicant determines that it has the necessary capacity to implement activities of this magnitude. Applicants may consider partnering with other local organizations who might hold specific subject matter expertise (e.g financial/project management, social behavior change, malaria case management, malaria in pregnancy (MIP), etc.) to present a Concept Paper covering all objectives of the project as outlined in the program description.

Eligible organizations interested in submitting the Concept Papers are encouraged to read the NOFO thoroughly to understand the type of activities being sought, submission requirements and the selection process.

Concept Papers in response to this NOFO are due by electronic mail to oaa-malawi-solicit@usaid.gov with a copy to lchimangeni@usaid.gov and gsuya@usaid.gov not later than the date and time stated above. Email submissions must include the NOFO number and Applicant’s name in the subject line heading.

Issuance of this NOFO does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of the Concept Papers.

Submissions are made at the risk of the Applicant.
