Project Manager (1)
The Project Manager shall oversee all aspects of a large-scale building and heavy civils project, from planning and budgeting to directing the work of contractors and construction workers.
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in managing quality, time delivery, cost and scope of huge building projects
- Minimum of 10 years’ post degree experience in managing large scale building projects with substantial civil works.
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Registered or enroute to Professional Registration
- Experience with both Heavy Civil and Building Construction projects would be an added advantage
- International Exposure in complex construction projects would be an advantage
Projects Engineers (3)
Projects Engineers shall oversee delivery of elements of the project in terms of actual delivery of such elements from strategizing, planning, execution of works, directing the work of construction workers and subcontractors
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in managing quality, time delivery, cost and scope of huge building projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in managing busy construction projects
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Registered or enroute to Professional Registration
- Experience in specialty subcontractor management
Services Engineer (1)
Projects Engineers shall oversee all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works. Managing delivery of MEP services from strategizing, planning, execution of works, directing the work of construction workers and subcontractors
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in managing quality, time delivery, cost and scope of huge building projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in managing busy construction projects
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering (or related field) - Registered or enroute to Professional Registration
Land Surveyor (1)
Land Surveyor shall oversee all aspects of land surveying. Providing land survey and earthworks services, designing, planning, execution of works, directing the work of construction workers and subcontractor surveyors
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in provision of similar services in busy civil or building works
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in provision of similar services
- BSc in Land Surveying
- Experience with Large scale earthworks, that demanded consistent survey and use of various software to calculate quantities will be an added advantage
Project Quantity Surveyor (1)
Project Quantity Surveyor shall oversee claims and measurement of works before and after execution. This includes planning work, measurement of daily works, preparing works claims, conducting joint measurement with subcontractors and consultants.
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in managing quality, time delivery, cost and scope of huge building projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in managing busy construction projects
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Registered or enroute to Professional Registration
Senior Project Procurement Officer (1)
Senior Project Procurement Officer shall manage the materials and services supply chain for project delivery. Managing project material schedules, stocks and suppliers for successful project execution.
This includes planning work, scheduling, sourcing, logistics and reconciliation.
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in managing services and supply chains in construction projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in managing procurement and supplies for busy construction projects
- BSc in Supply Chain Management
- Demonstratable Experience in Bid Cycle Process management, Tendering, Contract Preparation, Strategic Procurement, Logistics Management, Prequalification
Safety, Social, Health Environment and Quality (SSHEQ) Officer (1)
Project SHEQ Officer shall oversee project execution safeguards in areas of Safety, Social, Health, Environment and Compliance. Managing project Construction Environmental Social Management Plans before, during and after construction.
Essential:
- Recent demonstratable experience in management of CESMP safeguards.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post degree experience in managing safeguards for large and busy construction projects
- BSc in Environmental Health or related fields
