- Handle daily financial transactions, statements, budgets, and cost analysis.
- Reconcile accounts, conduct audits, and ensure tax compliance.
Requirements/Skills
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, hotel accounting experience, strong analytical skills.
2. Accounts Assistant (Hotel Industry)
We are hiring an Accounts Assistant with basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Hotel Master, QuickBooks, and Excel to support our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions, assist in report preparation, reconcile accounts, support payroll and inventory tracking.
Requirements/Skills
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance, attention to detail, organizational skills.
3. Receptionist/Cashier
Looking for a Receptionist/Cashier to manage guest interactions and financial transactions at the Front Desk
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, handle reservations, maintain guest satisfaction, and assist with events.
Requirements/Skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, 2+ years’ experience, customer service skills.
