St Thomas Square a night club in Chikwawa boma is inviting qualified, highly motivated and well experienced persons to apply for the following positions based at Dyeratu:

SUPERVISOR

The supervisor will be responsible:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the St Thomas Square
• Communicating organizational needs and oversee employee’s performance
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Creating and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to all customers
• Conducting daily stock for the bar and kitchen
• Assist in the procurement of food and beer for the Square
• Ordering the out-of-stock

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Business Administration/Diploma in Business studies/Diploma in hotel management
• Malawi school certificate of education
• Two years working experience
