We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores and Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Description:
As a Stores and Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining accurate financial records
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and control stock levels.
- Place and track orders for inventory replenishment.
- Receive, inspect, and store goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
Bookkeeping:
- Record daily financial transactions and manage ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize inventory and financial documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeping clerk or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and bookkeeping software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
