Security Officers (80 Positions)

Job Introduction:

G4S Malawi seeks to appoint 80 Security Officers under the MSS Department who will be responsible for providing Security services to customers

Job Responsibility:

• Conducting site patrols using the guard monitoring devices
• Ensuring that site instructions are followed
• Reporting any incident that happens at any site
• Conducting the access and egress control procedures
• Enforcing security rules
• Searching all members of staff including the other security officers
• Adhering to Health and safety rules and procedure
• Reporting any health and safety issue to the line supervisor

The Ideal Candidate:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education,
• Basic Security Officers Course
• Excellent disciplinary record
• Be of Sober habits
• Good communication and well spoken English
• Minimum of One Year (1) year experience with G4S
• Should have a high sense of maturity and willingness to work during odd hours.
• Those already with experience in working at diplomatic sites will have an added advantage
