Job Summary – The position holder will be responsible for the sale of the company’s wide range of products, representing the company and its stakeholders and negotiation with customers on various aspects of the business.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum MSCE with credit
  • Age range of 22 to 27 years
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Should possess excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills.
  • Should possess great public speaking skills.
  • Should have a positive attitude and professional manner towards work.
  • Should show a growth mindset and able to provide accurate local market information in a timely manner.
  • Should have strong networking and management abilities.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike or willing to learn
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and supplier
  • Efficient at daily reporting
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role is an advantage
  • Able to work on commission basis

Job Description

Candidates who meet the above-mentioned qualifications will be responsible to conduct the following tasks mentioned below;

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Generate ways of marketing the company’s products through social media
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects on various company products.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • Track all sales activities in company and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed targets for the month and day.
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.
