Job Overview:
Tiderise is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth sales processes, managing our CRM system (Monday.com), and leading outreach initiatives. You will collaborate with the BD and marketing teams to optimize operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management (Monday.com):
    • Maintain and update contact and account information to ensure data accuracy.
    • Input new opportunities, meetings, and follow-up details into the CRM.
    • Record meeting notes and link them to the correct accounts and opportunities.
    • Manage tasks and timelines within the CRM to support the sales team.
    • Organize and link important documents and notes to the corresponding accounts.
    • Perform lead and account list cleaning and maintenance to ensure data hygiene.
  2. Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Lead and manage all cold outreach initiatives as part of the “LinkedIn Outreach Machine” strategy.
    • Build and maintain prospect lists to ensure a consistent pipeline of new leads.
    • Execute ‘non personalized’ outreach cadences, communication and follow-up with leads.
    • Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn, driving engagement and scheduling meetings.
  3. Data Integrity & Reporting:
    • Ensure all data within the CRM and prospecting tools is up to date and accurate.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of outreach campaigns
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve prospecting efforts and CRM utilization.
  4. Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with the BD, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
    • Assist with sales administrative tasks to support the team’s productivity and effectiveness.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com) and managing sales operations processes.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a prospecting tool and experience with cold outreach strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
