Key Responsibilities:
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data at household level.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Qualifications, Experiences and Personal Attributes
- A bachelor’s degree in either, Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Science, Health & Nutrition, Gender & Development, Community Development, Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation and any other related fields from a recognized college or university.
- Practical experience in using mobile data collection platforms using a SMART phone or tablet.
- Must own a SMART phone (Android 8 and above, operating on 2 GB RAM).
- Honest sober-minded and team player
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Chichewa and English

- Team player and good communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to work in hard-to-reach areas
- Mature with a good sense of judgement, trusted and familiar with the districts of operations indicated above.
- Have excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven track record of taking responsibility and ownership for problems and following them through to resolution
- Strong analytical skills
- Optimistic team player
