Requirements
- Have a minimum of diploma in education
- Registered with Teachers Council of Malawi
- Higher qualification is an added advantage
- 1 – 2 years teaching experience
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Excellent in communication skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all behaviour and conduct of a student
- Prepare lesson plans, lesson notes, schemes and records of work -Manage, mentor, and inspire students all the times
- Monitor and evaluate your teaching plan and teaching technicalities – Prepare test materials and be able to mark and give results in time
- Implement lesson plans and schemes and record of work
- Maintain professionalism and always maintain discipline to the highest level
- Monitor and maintain discipline among students
