Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation and Grants Specialist
Peace Corps, a development agency of the United States Government, has an immediate opening for a Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation and Grants Specialist (MREGS).
The MREGS performs a variety of duties related to data collection, reporting, and analysis in support of Peace Corps Volunteers’ work. The MREGS manages Grant applications and reporting for multiple types of Grants. MREGS is the Volunteer Reporting and Grants system trainer. The MREGS works under the guidance of Peace Corps Deputy Director of Programming & Training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in monitoring and evaluation or project management, or a bachelor’s degree in a field related to health, education, or environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in community-based development and/or small grants programming and/or MRE.
- 1 year experience supporting volunteer programming or internships.
- Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a team setting
- Able to read, write, and speak English and Chichewa fluently.
