Our client, a leading telecommunications company is seeking an energetic, aggressive, and selfmotivated and result oriented individual to join its team in the position mentioned below:

MOBILE OPERATIONS OFFICER

To Successfully support the Mobile Money department in ensuring compliance with agreed guidelines to deliver the best customer experience & ensure revenue maximization & cost targets are met.

REPORTING TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER

THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

  • Monitoring System Uptime

o Conduct daily health to check if all services are functional and right notifications are being sent to customers

  • Conducting trainings

o Conducting system user training for partners using the Merchant Interface and or bulk payment system.

  • Dealer / Agent creation

o Registering new Dealers/ Agents in the system and support them in their day to day activities.

  • Compliance issues

o Modifying user details after verifying with the respective customers and Reporting any flout in compliance issues.

  • System user creation/ modification

o Creation of system users and modification of users based on approved forms.

  • Customer queries

o Handling customer complaints and escalating issues beyond TAT according to the Airtel Money escalation matrix.

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

 Educational Qualifications  & Functional / Technical Skills

  • Bachelors’ degree in any relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Records Management, Customer care etc.
  • Excellent knowledge in customer experience discipline/professional
  • Able to work under high stress with short term targets and objectives
  • Able to handle, prioritize, multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to operate in performance driven organization Knowledge of English and vernacular.

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)

  • Not less than three years’ experience in customer service delivery.
  • Understanding of the mobile financial industry.
