  1. Market Analyst and Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
The Market Analyst and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for performing comprehensive market analysis, generating qualified leads, and supporting various research-related tasks. The role will involve working with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights that help our clients grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Sizing and Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed market sizing analysis for clients, including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and Service Obtainable Market (SOM) using frameworks like those outlined in the Market Sizing Playbook.
    • Gather data from relevant sources such as NAICS codes, US and Canadian census data, and other industry publications​.
  2. Lead Generation and Management:
    • Implement lead generation strategies based on inbound and outbound approaches (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach) to build a consistent sales pipeline for clients​.
    • Use platforms such as Apollo.io and Dripify to automate and manage campaigns.
    • Analyze the performance of lead generation efforts, optimize tactics, and track conversion rates.
  3. Competitive and Investor Research:
    • Conduct competitive analysis, identifying direct and indirect competitors, and assess their strategies, product offerings, and market positioning​.
    • Utilize tools such as Crunchbase, PitchBook, and LinkedIn for in-depth analysis of competitors and investors​.
  4. Client Reporting and Insights:
    • Compile and present findings in clear, actionable reports, highlighting key market trends, competitive intelligence, and investor insights​.
    • Support clients by refining lead generation and market research processes based on their specific needs and goals.
  1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Continuously develop an understanding of client industries, customer segments, and emerging trends to provide meaningful recommendations​.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in market analysis, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Dripify) and competitive research platforms (e.g., Crunchbase, LinkedIn)​
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail in interpreting large datasets​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver concise reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automated outreach tools.

 

  1. Presentation Designer

Job Overview

The Presentation Designer to create engaging and dynamic presentations. The ideal candidate will transform ideas/information into visually appealing slides that align with our brand standards and effectively communicate our message.  This person will work with our founding Partners to create presentations that communicate their thoughts/ideas.  Needs to have strong and effective communication to be able to support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Gathering: Collect and understand the content for presentations from various stakeholders.
  2. Slide Design: Develop creative ideas and concepts to meet objectives
  3. Visual Storytelling: Transform textual or numerical data into visually appealing slides.
  4. Brand Consistency: Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, colour, and
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
