POSITION :LABORATORY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Scheduling staff.
• Ordering supplies.
• Managing the disposal of samples.
• Training lab assistants.
• Upholding health and safety protocols.
• Handling security documents.
• Maintaining specialized software.
• Assist others with and perform lab techniques
• Ensuring that safety protocols and laboratory best practices are followed
• Managing the laboratory’s budget and inventory
• Perform various tests and analyses using lab equipment, as needed.
• Leading and managing a team of scientists and technicians
• Ensuring that safety protocols and laboratory best practices are followed
• Managing the laboratory’s budget and inventory
• Ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies
• Training and developing staff members
• Handling security documents and specialized software

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering,.
• Must have A driver’s license.
• Must have 20years of Experience working in construction projects.

• Sound knowledge of Laboratory equipment in construction.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.
