Chikho Hotel

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Chikho Hotel. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s strategic objectives through effective human resources management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the hotel’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, pension, and leave management.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years’ experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Those with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years’ experience will have an added advantage
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
