ABOUT SJF FOUNDATION
The Social Justice Foundation (SJF) is a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to promoting equality, justice, and the well- being of marginalized and vulnerable populations including the LGBTQIA+ community. Our mission is to advocate for the full endowment of social justice to the marginalized and vulnerable populations in Malawi through the promotion of equity, equality, and social inclusion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
IMPORTANT INFO
- The successful candidate will be based in Blantyre, Malawi, with potential travel requirements (within Malawi)
- The duration period for this position is 10 Months
- This is a non-salaried position. However, interns will receive allowances to cover essential work-related expenses during their internship period.
