Position: Housekeeping Workers

Location: Wayekha Hotels

Housekeeping Workers (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

General Requirements

• A minimum of Malawi Schools Certificate of Education
• A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Services
• Over 1 year experience in the field
