Role: Permanent
Purpose
The position is responsible for managing the grower centric leaf strategy and promoting resilient livelihoods of JTI’s contracted tobacco growers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and understanding living income potentials needs and challenges of JTI contracted growers.
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to support and execute JTI’s living income ambitions.
- Gathering and monitoring grower insights on service delivery quality, loyalty, income metrics, production costs, and margins.
- Planning for and overseeing the utilization of resources allocated for Living Income Projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Social Sciences, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, agricultural, corporate social responsibility, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal Skills
