Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. S/he will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of F & B operations including budget management, customer service, tearm
leadership, menu design, and compliance with healthy and safety regulations

Responsibilities

  • Maximizing sales and revenue by meeting and exceeding customer
    expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards in driving the success of the F&B department and enhancing overall guest
    satisfaction.
  • Ensuring exceptional delivery of guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
  • Establishing targets, KPI’s, policies, schedules, and procedures
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
  • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products.
  • Monitoring inventory and cost control.

Job Requirements and qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality, Food service management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage industry trends
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulation
