Chikho Hotel
We are for seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Food and Beverage Controller to join our team at Chikho Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in managing the financial and operational aspects of our food and beverage services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and control food and beverage costs, including purchasing, inventory management, and cost control.
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the Food and Beverage department.
- Analyze financial reports and data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Provide training and support to Food and Beverage staff on financial management and control.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Those with a diploma in accounting, hospitality management or related field with at least 5 years’ experience (preferably in the hospitality industry) will also be considered
- Proven knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in financial software applications, such as Excel, and hospitality management systems.
